Leibow Back story
Paul Leibow was originally thinking about becoming an architect, at age twelve someone told him he must learn the intricate details of blue prints and engineering which seemed too far away from a creative endeavor. Headed down the alternitive path, many early attempts in visual dialogue, made a few breakthroughs’ which lead him to a few original authentic works early on. These few surviving block prints, depicting a black night-rider on chopper through a desert landscape, explain a little about where his mind was heading around that same age of twelve. Perhaps overcoming obstacles or onto something more significant? Leibow who has been interested in art along with narritive has been writing for the past 25 years.
